Im looking for someone to take over my 1bed/1bath lease at Broadstone Rio located in Tempe. Its a brand new unit, all new appliances, washer , dryer , AC, etc. I was the first person to occupy this unit so its essentially untouched.Ive only lived here since November 2020, and I cant afford it anymore, so Im looking to transfer it to someone else. Everything would be finalized with the leasing office and apartment complex to ensure legitimacy. The lease would be completely transferred to your name , and all deposits are already paid for from when I signed my lease. My complex is willing to give you those credits for me breaking the lease, and transferring to the new tenant.

The apartment is 1bed/ 1 bath 768 sq ft, you have your own balcony, own covered parking , brand new washer dryer. The rent is $1630 and the lease is up on Oct 16, 2021. If you want to renew, you can with apartment complex.
