Total rent for the room (not utilities) is $798.95 per month, but to help you out, I can cover $398.95 per month, leaving you to only have to cover $400 per month. Water and electricity are charged based on usage, and I pay around $60 per month based on my personal usage. I have WiFi (25 Mbps) set up and thatll come out to $9.95 per month. Washing and drying machines are across the street and that is $4 for a single load. If youre a student, the apartment is about 15 minutes walking distance from CMU and Pitt and it is definitely within bussing distance for the universities closer to downtown. In regards to furniture, I can either move my stuff out or sell it to you. We can negotiate on the price, whether for individual pieces or for all of it at once.
