I am looking for subleaser for the rest of my lease this year (March 2021-July 31st 2021) as well as my least next year (August 2021-July 2022) at Copper Beech. It is a 3 person unit with Hannah Lietaert and Brookelyn Hiesser! They are great roommates and keep the place clean, but I am moving back to my hometown for financial reasons.
You would have your own bedroom, closet, and bathroom (all upstairs), free internet, a large kitchen and living room, and there is a washer and dryer on the bottom floor. The living room and your bedroom are both furnished. Rent is $460 plus utilities (water and electric).
Hannah is an early childhood education major. Brookelyn is double majoring in social work and criminal justice. They enjoy going out, but also love game/movie nights.
