I am in need of a sublet for my apartment at 13th & Olive from now until the end of August. It is a 4 bedroom flat that offers a private bedroom and bathroom (bedroom A if you are looking at the floor plan) with a communal living room and kitchen shared with the other roommates. Rent is $635 and includes parking, insurance, and access to all of the amenities. The only monthly add on is the electricity bill. There are three roommates in the unit, all covid safe college students. All roommates are female so Im looking for a female to take over my lease preferably under the age of 25. The apartment complex is located in downtown Eugene with plenty of businesses within walking distance including some great restaurants and coffee shops and it is only a 20 minute walk from campus.
