Reletting or Subleasing my Lincoln Park Studio Apartment! I moved into this unit in August 2020 and I have so much love for this apartment and this neighborhood, but unfortunately, work has brought me elsewhere. The building is located near the crossroads of Clark & Diversey. This unit is most ideal for someone who lives a simple life, but knows how to make the most out of a space. The rent is $855 monthly with water and gas included, electric is tenants responsibility. Through my leasing office, there is a $79 application fee as well as a $350 move-in fee. The lease ends on 07/31/2021! I am also willing to leave the apartment fully furnished and am willing to negotiate the terms of that.
