Apartment is near several nice restaurants and Stop & Shop is only a 5 minute drive away. Roommates are young, working professionals (one female, one male). Im looking to sublet my room for the remainder of the lease, which is up on September 1st. Lease can be renewed if you would like to stay longer.


Room can fit a full/queen bed, dresser and desk comfortably. Adequate closet space as well. Spacious common area and shared bathroom.


Rent is $773 (doesnt include utilities). Electricity bill typically is $54 a month and gas is roughly $100 in the winter months. Available March 1st. Proof of income, credit check and First and Last required for move in.
