I am looking to sublet my room in a 3BR/1BA apartment near Davis Square from April 1st to the end of August with the option to renew the lease. Rent is $1075 plus internet and utilities.
- Room is incredibly spacious and can easily fit a queen-sized bed, home office, TV, dresser, and whatever else you may want. The closet is also very large with two hanging rods and plenty of storage space.
- 10 minute walk from Davis Square (MBTA Red Line) and less than a 5 minute walk from Tufts University. There are plenty of restaurants/bars, grocery stores, cafes, parks and a basketball court within walking distance.
- All of the kitchen appliances (stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal) have been replaced within the past two years. Laundry is free and located in the basement. There is also a balcony and small backyard with lawn furniture when the weather is nice!
- Private driveway, but you will have to share the space with the downstairs neighbors. There is also plenty of on-street parking available at all times.
You would be living with two great female roommates in their 20s and early 30s. Both have been working from home during the COVID pandemic, and are incredibly accommodating to whatever your work/school needs may be. We are all very respectful of each others time and space, and will occasionally have movie nights or cook dinner together.
