Apartment is unfurnished, but could leave a full-size bed frame & mattress if requested. Spacious bedroom, newly renovated kitchen, breakfast bench, and cozy living room. Lots of natural light and close proximity to lots of bars and restaurants. Heat and hot water are included. No laundry on site, but there are full-service laundromats around the corner. Also around the corner from the L and J/M trains - short trip to Manhattan.

Per landlord - credit would need to be 680+, and annual income 40x the rent.
