I have a lovely private bedroom, bathroom, and workroom/office space in a spacious, sunny 3 bed 2 bathroom apt in East Williamsburg. The sublet is for March and/or April for $1,350 per month. (Ideally both months, but dates and rent are flexible.)

The place is shared with only one other laidback and responsible roommate. The apartment has a large kitchen and living room, small balcony, and reading nook/bar area in addition to the rooms.

It is a really comfortable spot in a happening, central neighborhood. It is near Cooper & McCarren parks with lots of cute outdoor dining, cafs & other options for covid-friendly activities. It is walking distance from the East River (great for sunset views), N/S Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Bushwick, and 12 mins to Manhattan by train.

You will be sharing the room with my roommate (Shani Cohen): Smart, responsible and laid-back New Yorker by way or Israel. Works in fashion, studied public policy. Shani is very accommodating and a wonderful cook. She is vaccinated and adheres to covid safety guidelines.

I would be happy to do a virtual tour or in-person meeting with masks. My roommate would also like to do a video call with the potential roommate. There would be a written agreement for the sublet.
