Looking for a subletter, the way it works with this apartment complex is that you would be transferred onto the lease itself and I would be taken off, so you would be paying the apartment directly and you would be the sole renter. I am looking for someone who can move in on May 18th and the lease would end on July 31st. However, I am flexible with the move in date, you could also move in May 1st or June 1st. While the lease does end on July 31st, if you know from the start you would like to stay longer you can request to renew for another 12 months when you first move in and they can get that squared away for you from the start.
