I am looking for a people to take over my lease that ends in July 31st,2021. This is a student housing, you can be a student to any school besides USF, its a 3x3 apartment so you will live with 2 other roommates and share the common living area & kitchen. You have your own bedroom with your your bathroom. I love this place so much but i am transferring schools and needs to move out end of February to beginning of March. If this is not a fit fir you and you may know someone who is interested please share. This is a lovely apartment complex but i unfortunately need to move early.
