I am relocating to the UK, and so my 1-bedroom apartment is available for sublease. The rent does not included utilities (which average around $80/month). The sublease is available from May 1st until the end of the lease (July 31, 2021- with an option to renew). The start date can be negotiated to be earlier - as I am leaving mid April. The apartment is bright and has a large bay window in the living room. It has both a towel/linen closet and a coat closet. The building has a doorman, delivery room, gym, building laundry (coin operated), dog park (it is pet friendly), and parking. Ill also be looking to sell my furniture around the time I leave - so the place can come furnished/semi furnished for an additional upfront cost.
