Looking for someone to sign a 6 or 12 month lease for my apartment at fourth and court apartments downtown. Move in date is flexible, but Im aiming for 2/1.

Located above Hy-Vee, the apartment is extremely conveniently located right downtown near Court Avenue Brewing and other restaurants. The apartment faces the patio, and has high ceilings and big windows that lets light in all day (bonus - it heats the apartment!).

Internet is free, but Ive upgraded to faster internet speeds for $41 a month. There is parking, it is not covered but it is gated. The parking pass costs $80 a month.

Must pass the application process by management (Ill pay the application fee).

There is a $400 deposit for the apartment, Ill cover the $25 application fee, and it is $1285 base rent, but I am willing to negotiate on covering part of it through the end of May (when my lease ends).
