This is a unique property...... delightfully restored beach cottage in South Redondo 1 block from the beach & pier.

Fully furnished 1 bedroom cottage comprises of a queen-size bed, living room with queen-size sofa/futon bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Inclusive of own washer & dryer on premises, front & back yards.
We also have another one bedroom cottage just steps away that is exactly the same in size & quality, just differs in wall colors & soft furnishings, other than that both cottages are exactly the same, at the same location just a block from the beach.
We also have a two bedroom cottage at same location with same amenities.

We have a set of standards developed in partnership with experts, for the times of COVID-19 so all can feel safe- heres our ck list before every stay:
Sanitize surfaces
Sanitize every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob
Use approved products
Use cleaners approved by health experts, such as disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
Thoroughly clean
Refer to our extensive checklists while cleaning room by room
Wear a mask and gloves
Wash all linen
Wash linen at a high heat setting
Follow all other local guidance
Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
To help avoid cross-contamination all guests are to wear a mask while walking to & from their cottage and the practice social distancing.


Enjoy the ocean & views within minutes from the cottage. Walk, stroll, jog or ride the coastline path that starts here in Redondo and goes all the way to Malibu; ...easily engage in surfing, swimming, volleyball, walking, running, skating, biking, hiking....theres heaps to do in these beach cities & the list continues....art/food/music festivals on the beach, international volleyball tournaments to watch, or if you would rather just relax in our gardens or on the beach and do nothing... you can do that too...

A varied selection of restaurants/cafes are on hand.
We are a quintessential SoCal beach town,close to LA without being in the hectic rush of LA. All is easily accessible by freeways, public transportation, sightseeing tours pick-up at local hotel.
