The Fettes Residence is a lovely two-bedroom property with the living space on the first floor. Guests have the full property to themselves and there is a lot of room. There is a large living area incorporating the dining area. One of 2 settees can fold to make a double bed if necessary, making the maximum occupancy 5 or 6 on request. There are two bedrooms, one with en suite and an extra bathroom with shower and WC.One bedroom is now generally set up as a twin room with en-suite and the other, smaller bedroom as a double.Guest accessThe whole house is available to you with only the attached garage being my own storage area. There are also plenty of freely-available parking spaces.The property is very spacious and, although some of the areas are looking a bit tired, it offers home-from-home comforts and is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.Free Wifi is available throughout the property so guests can access Netflix or other streaming services.
