The apartment is small - about 700 sq. ft. But it is warm and charming with its eclectic mix of vintage and antique furniture, hardwood floors, steam radiators (better for lungs!), and relatively high ceilings. I put a lot of work into making it a creative and inviting space. Wifi, water, gas, and electric included. No laundry facility onsite, but a 5 minute walk away is a cheap laundromat in which I have never had to wait for a machine! Tub and shower. There is a shared and fairly large back yard. I have a piano that is begging to be played. About 30 units, I would guess. I am on a first floor walk-up, no lift. I love this place!
