The house is located in a quiet, woodsy, subdivision. You will have private room with shared bath if the other room is rented out, otherwise private.
You will be sharing the house with myself and my two large dogs, as well as another renter if the room rent out.
The dogs are only allowed in certain parts of downstairs and can be in cage while cooking if preferred. The dogs will bark like other dogs and will bark mainly as greeting.
The subdivision has a pool ,and we are located within 7 miles from highway and close to shopping and restaurants.
