The price per person is $900/month. However, we are willing to cover your down payment of $200 for each person (for a total of $400) that the lease requires.

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished, balcony, laundry machine, microwave, oven, A/C, T.V. in the living room, and more appliances.

There is WiFi that on average exceeds 15 mbps for upload speed, pet friendly with two dogs parks within walking distance.
