The apartment is currently occupied by me and my roommate. We are both NYU undergraduate students looking for another cleanly, kind female to take over the third room. The room has an AC unit, there are washer and dryer inside the apartment, dishwasher, and its about a 2-minute walk to Washington Square Park.

Three bedroom/two bathrooms in the heart of the village. Located on one of the most happening, historic streets in the city. Were right across the street from Insomnia cookies and next-door neighbors with Artichoke Pizza.

1 Minute to West 4th St Subway Station which has the A,C,E,B,D, and F lines. Easy subway access to midtown, or the financial district.
