Condo on the lagoon with dock access, kayak and paddleboard. This a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath remodeled, fully furnished condo. It is perfect for those traveling alone, with their partner or with their entire family. There are two queen-sized beds and a triple bunk bed.

This is a very quiet, gated community. Everyone is very friendly, but please be respectful of neighbors. No parties. Please keep the noise level to a minimum, or you may be asked to leave. Please take out the trash on a regular basis and keep the inside and out clean.

The minimum rental time is 25 days per our HOA.
