We are looking for a very CLEAN, respectful and quiet roommate to take over a room in a very large apt on 57th street in the heart of Hells Kitchen, May 1st!! There is a window in the room but no view. The room is furnished with a bed frame and mattress, cabinet, desk, clothes rack, some other small furnishings. The apartment itself features a very large living room and spacious kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher and washer/dryer. Yes, the W/D is inside the apt! 3 other clean, friendly roommates, male and female all in mid to late 20s. Minutes away from major subways, buses outside the apartment, Central Park, Lincoln Center and a wealth of awesome bars and restaurants in Hells Kitchen. 1 month refundable deposit and first months rent will be required. Long term renters preferred! NOTE: $1250 does not include utilities (internet, electricity, cleaner). We are currently only looking for Jan 1st and prefer no pets and live in gfs/bfs. We also have 2 other rooms available, one larger and one smaller for varying rates.
