Im a 29 year old male currently living in the master bedroom. I have a private bedroom and bathroom thats currently open on the other side of the house. Youll also have a guest room you can use as office space or to just hang out. House is on a quite street in Delaney Park, large backyard, and is walking distance to Foxtail Coffee, Hourglass Brewing, F&D Italian Kitchen, and Kellys Ice Cream. The house is also 2.5 miles away from downtown.

I can do anywhere from a short term lease up to a year lease.

Rooms are furnished, but Im open to removing the furniture.
