Stunning room available in a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, for 3 months minimum, up to one year, possibly longer. 3rd room left open for guests (or when you want to sleep in there ;). Wood beamed, vaulted ceiling in living room entrance, fully furnished, queen sleigh bed, large desk, generous closet and tons of garage storage space. Most convenient area, 3 minutes to Beverly Hills, 15 minutes to downtown...20 minutes to the beach!

Wood floors, friendly scrim curtains, nice sized closet (plus lots of storage space in garage). Ideal for someone looking for a few months, or long term who may want to take over the lease. I am a musician and in real estate ;). Not a huge partier, occasionally have a glass of wine while watching the friendly (Ill admit it ;) I usually travel a lot, though that has changed recently, obviously.

The ideal roommate for me is someone who loves animals (have a clean, awesome cat!) and likes a clean house. I occasionally will cook you breakfast or leave coffee by your door (surprise spoiled!) Would be great if we could split the fee on a maid once or twice a month! would also be great if you believe the pandemic is real and are careful.
