The Xtra Smart ipartment offers everything you need for a stylish stay. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, a small work space, a bathroom with walk-in shower as well as all the basic standard furnishing. You strech out on the 1,40 m wide bed alone, but there‘s also space for a second person.

A stone’s throw away from the shopping-, leisure- and wellness centre „Skyline Plaza“ and in walking distance to the fairgrounds is our ipartment building in Frankfurt. As winner of the „So!Apart“ award in the category "grand and great“ in 2014 and 2015 and "new and different" in 2014 it is the best apartment building in Germany. It has 73 fully equipped designer apartments with 20 to 100sqm living area, a generous lounge as well as a conference room with a rooftop terrace and a stunning view of Frankfurt's skyline.
