The apartment is located at the island Drive apartment, close to medical school and hospital walking to MSR/MSRB or BSRB in less than 10 minutes. Rent is $480, heat included. The apartment is fully furnished but the bedroom is not.

The apartment is on the middle floor. It is 1min walking distance to bus route (both local AATA and UMich buses) connecting to Downtown, Medical School, Central and North Campuses in 5-10 mins (walking 10-20 mins). The location is perfect, with beautiful trees/parks around.
Island Drive has its own gym and swimming pool free for residents. Parking if available if needed. Laundry located in the basement of the building. Air conditioning unit comes with the living room. In my experience, the management has been amazing in taking care of any and all maintenance problems that may come up.
