House comes with appliances e.g: fridge, microwave, oven, Kitchen is fully equiped, dining room suite, lounge, armchairs, and coffee table. Laundry consists of a front load washer and clothes line outside.

Rent includes Electricity, Gas, Water and unlimited internet so there are no surprises. There is 2 weeks Bond and 2 weeks rent in advance required. (Rent must be paid on time each week).
Located in a very quiet location surrounded by quality homes, Split System Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in all Bedrooms and Lounge room. Plenty of on street parking available for tenants. The property offers a lovely serene outdoor area surrounded by trees and nature.
Preference is for females only. The house is cleaned by myself. Picking up after yourself is a must.
