Large private guest house! Convenient to the Disney and other Studios

Large, private guest house in a quiet neighborhood in North Hollywood. Perfect for families or friends looking for an authentic LA experience! We recommend getting a car since LA public transportation is lacking! The owners live in the main house and we are happy to provide any recommendations on things to do and see during your stay! Welcome!

The space
Large master bedroom with walk-in closet, skylight, and two queen beds.
Smaller second bedroom has a closet and one queen bed.
Open plan living, dining, kitchen has a dishwasher and a smart tv (with a chrome cast) and room for entertaining guests. We have board games available to play too!
There is a large sectional couch in the living room and a double air mattress is available upon request.
Covered outdoor patio space is available for the lovely LA evenings!
Washer and dryer are available for guest use.
There is parking for 2 cars in a gated lot- please note that parking is tight for large suvs/trucks. You may prefer to park on the street

Guest access
Entire house is available for guests. Owners live in main house if you have any issues.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a guest house on the same lot as another house. The house is not visible from the street but the house numbers are posted on the main house. You will see photos when you check in. Also please note that the driveway is narrow with little room to turn around. Trucks/larger SUVs will fit but it will be tight to get in and out so you may prefer to park on the street.
