Renovated with sustainable and non-toxic materials, it is furnished with bamboo flooring, non-VOC paint, OMI certified organic mattresses and pillows, organic sheets and towels, cleaning products are sustainable and non-toxic. AC vents regularly cleaned.

Both the master and 2nd bedroom have bamboo fans, AC, bamboo blinds and light blocking blinds with French doors that lead to a beautifully landscaped patio.

Master bedroom: king bed, mattress topper, writing desk and TV.

2nd Bedroom: double bed, mattress topper, small pull out writing desk.

The dining/living room is open plan and framed by a custom made curved library filled with an eclectic book collection and original art.

Entertainment: a 52 TV screen with Dolby surround sound, speaker system throughout the apartment, all the premium channels and Apple TV. For music lovers, an upright piano awaits.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the mod-cons including a double convection oven, toaster oven, 4-burner gas range with griddle, toaster oven, built-in reverse osmosis water purifier, dishwasher, breakfast bar and TV.

The exterior has a one-of-a-kind huge wrap-around patio which connects the front and back of our home. Chill out in the hammock and enjoy the tropical landscaping which contains native plants, banana trees, passion fruit vines and culinary herbs.

The front deck turns into a cozy cabana room with windproof curtains when needed. Turn on the ceiling heater for al fresco dining on cool nights.

Youll be minutes away from some of Californias best beaches; hip Rose Avenue and Abbott Kinney where youll find outstanding restaurants, coffee shops and boutique stores. The 10 freeway entrance is a few minutes away and 25 minutes to Downtown LA.
