Nice house, in a luxurious location. Clean, and quiet neighborhood. Close to train station, and JFK airport. Has beach, and parks near including fishing spots and water-views. We also have another room in the basement, with a personal bathroom and one bedroom and living-room. Separate entrance. Nice, and clean, 1200$ rent (we will pay all bills). Very good for couples.
