Normally the bedrooms in the home are rented out individually, BUT for larger groups who want to rent out the entire house, its available 6-12 months out (so it wont be available for guests who just want to rent a bedroom during that time).

This is a GREAT LOCATION but its THE CITY - there will be traffic noise, helicopter noise, pedestrians walking down the street noise, cats...having a happy time occasionally noise. Also, because this is the city, security cameras are used outside as well.


I keep the place clean, with maid service weekly and/or (for a specific room) when a guest departs.
EACH ROOM has a Queen/King size bed, large closet, laptop-friendly workspace, TV (50, 55, 60) with Roku & Netflix
