Hello!! I really need to find someone to take over my lease in Boulder officially as a new signer. This is not a sublease. I have to pay additional rent until I find them another candidate. The apartment is right next to the engineering center near 28th street. The apartment is 1565$ with a parking pass and all fees, and less without the parking pass. I am willing to pay for the month of January as soon as the lease is signed & have already paid the transfer fee for anyone willing to take over the lease. The lease can begin as early as the 9th of January, but it can be signed at any time after. This is right before CU Boulders spring semester begins. I can leave some of my furniture as well.
