Our residences in Leuven are located close to the citys historical centre and consist of furnished studios and apartments. The residences are also a short walk away the train station. The majority of our buildings also have a communal garden with terrace and barbecue, to enjoy during the sunny days.

Prices:
From 465 € monthly rent (contract 1 year)
We offer the possibility to rent in the short term (at least 1 month) at a rate of 490 € per month.


205 € Fixed costs consisting of:
- 40 € in advance for electricity and heating
- 20 € advance on water
- 40 € maintenance common areas
- 15 € TV
- 15 € Waste
- 10 € internet
- 35 € weekly cleaning
- 30 € Taxes first resident

This includes all monthly costs. At the beginning of your reservation you only have to pay a one-time administration fee of 115 € and a guarantee of 1.000 €, which will be refunded at the end of your stay.

When staying with us, you can also state this at the friendlyers register.
