Howdy! I have a room (or 2 if wanted!) available at The Reserve for starting in January (or December if wanted) through July 2020. They pay all utilities except electric, and anything over a certain amount for water (although Ive never had to pay for water). They are individual houses that are 2,400 square feet. The houses are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, so you have your own bathroom in your room and then there is a 1/2 bath downstairs for guests. Gated community, with individual parking spots, pool/hot tub, fitness center, study spaces, theater room, basketball/volleyball courts and great management and maintenance is very fast. The office is willing to roommate match for you and find a house that would best suit you, so you dont have to necessarily move into the exact house I am currently in.
