One bedroom available on the first floor. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry are shared. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a table and a chair.
Living room has a TV, an electrical piano and three study tables. Monthly rent covers all utilities (such as water, heat, electricity and Wifi).
We have local groceries stores (Shoppers, Save on food), gyms, library, and public transportation nearby. 5-minute walk to Edmonton Community Center. 10 minutes driving to metrotown, and 10 minutes drive to BCIT Burnaby campus.
Our common areas are maintained by every roommate living here. We have a bi-week housekeeping schedule for each individual to keep our living place nice and clean.
