The apartment is on 52nd floor in a luxury rental building in River North, Chicago. It has a balcony with stunning views of the Chicago skyline. The apartment is recently renovated, and has new appliances, granite counter, new cabinets, and washer/dryer in unit. It is furnished with sofa, TV, bed (with memory foam mattress), dining table, and work desk. The apartment can also be provided empty, if required.

If youd like you can renew the lease beyond 12/16/19, and the building management provides leasing options with different duration.
