This beautiful brand new building sits just outside the heart of Liberty Village on King St. West. Included is a gym and infinity pool on the 12th floor, overlooking the city and offers stunning views of the CN Tower. Unit is walking distance away from grocery stores (Metro & Organic Garage), Starbucks, LCBO, TD Bank, Shoppers Drugmart (to name a few highlights) and a ton of great restaurants.

The suite itself is on the 9th floor and boasts 1,100 square feet of stunning grey laminate wood floors, 2 bedrooms + office (den is large enough to convert into bedroom, also has large hanging closet as well as full bathroom with shower). Unit still feels brand new and has only been lived in since April of 2019, however I travel so much that Ive hardly been there at all. From the large balcony you can enjoy views of the BMO field, Lake Ontario, and to the left, the CN Tower. I absolutely love this suite but travel so much that its not worth keeping for me. I also am open to leaving it furnished until the lease is over in April.
