We have a nice bedroom with shared big bathroom in a beautiful home with great people available to rent. We are the landlords and we live onsite. We have 2 small maltese dogs and 1 cat. We are looking for the right candidate who has verifiable income, references and clear a background check and no pets.

We will not rent to anyone with law offenses of any kind, felons and anyone who have committed crimes against children. No illegal drugs on the property and no smoking inside room/house.
