This is my home, I live here part time and part time in LA. This is not a short term rental. If you want a home away from home this is the place for you. I have very expensive furniture and art and am very selective about who I rent it out to. With that said, this is a fully furnished ( restoration hardware furniture) apt with the most comfortable memory foam keetsa mattress you will ever sleep on. My kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything youll need

50 inch TV with APPLE TV

A laundry card ( laundry room on the floor )
I dont have a lot of closet space so if youre coming with more than 2 suitcases then this is likely not the place for you.

The building is a full service doorman, concierge building with a roof deck, a gym and a laundry room on every place. You will have access to everything. I am on the 23rd floor so its quite and my views are spectacular

The neighborhood is the financial district. I am right across the street from beautiful battery park, 3 min from the 9/11 memorial and oculus. I am within a 5 min walk to all trains. There are amazing bars, restaurants, shopping and anything you can ask for right outside my door. The grocery store is also a 7 min walk. I am located on Washington street and Rector street.
