An internal spiral staircase leads to the attic with a double bedroom, located on the fifth floor, which opens onto a very large terrace (25 square meters), always sunny, ventilated, and extremely panoramic, ideal for solariums or barbecues with family or friends. Thanks to the very nice furnishings, the stay can be very pleasant and comfortable. This apartment is ideal for a family short-term vacation, where children will find their ideal space, or mid-term stays for couples or singles business travels.
