We have set up this price specifically for traveling nurses this rate will not be honored for anyone other then medical professionals. Everything is included in the price and includes a hot deluxe breakfast! We do allow dogs but require a deposit of $300.00 per pet and $30.00 per week per pet fee. After staying with us for more then 30 days all taxs will fall off rental price. The price will remain the same year round and most properties that offer this price you will get what you pay for or they offer this price on non busy months of the year, we offer this price to help all medical professionals while away from their families to provide them with an easier living environment without roommates and or monthly bills or large deposits.
