I am a working professional. Plus in school. Im a bit of a home body. I have one dog and he is very friendly, loves people. Typically if Im not home he is probably sleeping in his bed so he wont bother you.

There is a full gym set up in the garage and you are welcome to use this. I typically workout in the afternoon but occasionally workout in the morning. I try to be respectful of noise but someone who is not a light sleeper would be best.

The house is blocks from Willis Tucker Park so if running is your thing there is lots of trails and such to do so.

Very nice neighborhood. Lots of sweet parking as well as the driveway.

Please be clean and respectful of personal space.

You will have your own bathroom.
