I have 1 room for rent, per month, shared bathroom, private furnished room available (currently has a queen and twin size bed but can remove one on requested).

Will need deposit plus first month total move in.
Renter or renters must be employed and have transportation.

Rent includes electric, water, streaming cable, use of washer and dryer, and wi-fi.

Month to month lease for the first 6 months after 6 months annual lease available.

Smoking allowed outside only.

We have two cats but no other pets are allowed. We currently have 2 couples and a 7 year old kid.
