NEW LUXURY APARTMENTS!!! New apartment available. I recently moved out of town for work and am looking to sign over the lease on my amazing new apartment. It is in a great safe area. located right off of the highway 210 and Huntington blvd in monrovia. There is a great gym and pool with hot tub. Also bbq with cable and sports packages. There is an inside conference family room with pool table kitchen and tv area.

The apartment is very open and has lots of room. Everything in it is brand new. Stainless appliances with a huge center island. Him and her bathroom with walk-in closet. large amazing bath tub. There is also a balcony.

the facility has a covered parking garage. you can have one spot which is unassigned. there is plenty of parking. we never have to walk to find parking.

security is great and nice to the tenants.

I honestly love this place but to not come here enough. I have a large sectional and new mattress i just purchased and used for a month that can also come with the unit for free.
