I want you to feel comfortable here. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has a very relaxed, luxurious hotel like vibe. We are very close to a Fred Myer Store, Walmart, Winco and the Movie Theater is literally 5 minutes away.

You will have easy access to I-5 and HW 9, we are close to everything in Everett & Arlington. Seattle is 40 minutes away. Specific sites to enjoy; Casino & Outlet Mall are under 4 miles away. Space Needle and Pike Place Market are 45 miles away.
