I rent this place for 5 months during an internship in DC and was the perfect place for live. The room is nice, clean and have enough space for living confortable. Joyce, the landlord, is such a nice woman, she is friendly and a very easygoing person, so I really enjoy the days when I stayed in her house. She also has a nice dog "Tracker " who is so cute and funny. The neighborhood was the best of DC, you have everything what you want... The Eastern Market is 5 blocks away and also the 8th street that has restaurantes, shops, and everything what you are looking for... I absoluteley recommend this place for stay. Its perfect for someone who is looking for a nice, cozy and pleasent place for live.
