I stayed here from February -> June while I was doing my internship.
My time here was nothing but excellent. Landlord was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with good food, shopping area all around.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a short term stay in NJ.

I could not image a better landlord & rental experience. The place is perfect with everything in great shape, it has everything needed to make you immediately feel at home. It is in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping & dinning. While the location has quick access to major roadways for easy travel, it is nestled in a quite area with a beautiful park just a few steps away.

As for Denise, she is great - very helpful, understanding and responsive!! She made the entire experience extremely pleasant by being very approachable and responsive in addressing any items requiring attention. Coming from outside the area, she was very helpful in answering questions and providing insight - making it easy to quickly become familiar and feel more at home.

Without hesitation, I would certainly recommend her place & stay again if circumstances aligned.
