It is very well located in the centre of Lisbon, close to many Universities, in Arroios next to Jardim Constantino.

There is a rich choice of public transport within walking distance including 4 metro stations:
- Arroios (green line), 3min;
- Anjos (green line), 10min;
- Alameda (red line) 14min and
- Saldanha, (yellow line) 14min.
There are also several busses stopping at the door.

In addition, you will live amongst a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, post offices, a police station, and all the other services, within one minute walking.

Minimum stay: 4 months.
Security deposit: 1 month.

Room III- 750 (double bed, 14 sqm, panoramic city view)
Room II- 750 (double bed, 15 sqm, panoramic city view)
