Furniture remains in the room, we will not store extra furniture, boats, motorcycles or any other items that do not fit into the room. Use of kitchen, dining room, washer/dryer, lanai with pool, and private off-street parking. Bathroom is shared with one tenant who is very clean. All utilities and WiFi are included. Must have own transportation. Absolutely NO SMOKERS or vaping, no heavy drinkers or pets. No overnight guests, including children. No hot plates, refrigerators, coffee makers or extras appliances allowed in the room. We provide. space in the kitchen for all your food.. a separate unit is provided for your dry foods. We also do a thorough background check. Deposit is $250 and must be provided the same day of acceptance of application. Room is available immediately.
