Very bright and spacious houses, with 4 rooms in total. The master bedroom with a easy going male tenant. The other 3 rooms are available. All rooms are newly decorated. And all bedding are brand new. Bathroom is recently renovated as well. One full bathroom on second floor besides bedrooms. There is also a half washroom on ground floor, shared with partial use of landlord. Two rooms are equipped with queen beds, one room is having a single bed. If needed, another mattress can be easily added to any of these rooms as they are all spacious.

Prefer tourists or short term stay guests.

No pets, no smoking inside, no noisy, esp. keep quiet after 10 pm. One or two parking spaces available.
