I am subletting out my room in a four bedroom/ four bath apartment at 21 Apartments. 21 Apts is really close to MSU campus, you can easily walk onto it. Rent comes with internet, washer dryer, utilities and so forth. Private room and bathroom.

Rent is $450/mo and sublet fee is $300 (which I will pay).

I am subletting starting mid-Dec around Dec 15 (or in Jan 2019 if you want). The lease ends in Aug 2019 so you can stay through the Summer if needed.

Roommates are all male and really nice guys. Easy to get along with and all seniors I believe.
